The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

Chalet Panorama Peak is a wooden house built in 2025 with 85 square meters of living space and guarantees a healthy indoor climate. You will receive a spacious living/dining area with guest toilet and on the upper floor 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with large shower area. The wide panorama of the Harz mountains lets you quickly enter vacation mode.

Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Working is also possible ;-) Otherwise, hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging out... Parking space for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. Small stream, large attic floor. A mixture of old and modern. No immediate neighbors.

A highlight is the huge wellness bath with panoramic views over the rooftops of Osterode.

There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m and one with a high-quality sofa bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m. The bathroom is flooded with light.

On about 75 m², a spacious, modernly furnished eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax. The fast fiber optic connection also makes comfortable working possible. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car.
