Unsere Ferienwohnung im gemütlichen „New Country Style“ lädt zur Erholung und Entspannung ein. Genießen Sie die Outdoor-Sauna in direkter Nähe der Wohnungsterrasse. Entdecken Sie die Region Südharz mit vielen schönen Wander- und Radwegen sowie Wellnessmöglichkeiten. Fussläufig erreichen Sie das Naturschutzgebiet Hainholz-Beierstein. Skilifte, Bikeparks und Sommerrodelbahn befinden sich in ca. 35 Autominuten Entfernung. Haustiere bis zu einer Schulterhöhe von 35 cm sind erlaubt.

You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

The cozily furnished bright apartment is located in the Göttingen East Quarter only about 1 km away from the historic old town very close to the Schillerwiesen. In a few steps you can reach the bus stop with direct connection to the train station 2 km away. The apartment of about 31 square meters consists of a living and sleeping room with sofa bed, a smaller work and sleeping room with a single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to a pretty garden terrace.

Here you are in the right place if you want to explore the Harz Mountains with a dog, like to end the evenings at the fire pit, maybe even want to have a small party? Or want to have the day and evening to yourselves. Our small apartment has 2 beds on approx. 38 m², a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

Your place is on the ground floor of a farmhouse built around 1900. The yard with garden is available for you to use together. On about 75 m², a spacious, modernly furnished kitchen-living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms offers plenty of space to relax. The fast fiber optic connection also makes comfortable work possible. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

The apartment on the first floor, which is suitable for 1-4 people and has a total size of approx. 100 square meters, is located in a former farmhouse, which was built in the 18th century. The house is located in the middle of a large garden, in the village center and is quietly located. In the past, each farm had at least one fireplace, which you will find in the form of a fireplace in the living room.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

The in-law is located in a prime location in the Göttingen Ostviertel. A supermarket, a pharmacy and various restaurants are within a 3-minute walk. Downtown is about 7 minutes walking distance, the train station is about 15 minutes away! Many faculties of the university are also very close.
