It has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player and parking on our property with private charging facility (Wallbox 22 kW) for e-cars. If other check-in/check-out times are required, please inquire personally.

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.
