Very pretty cosy cottage sleeps four

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. We were visiting family who live in the same village so we knew the location beforehand. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed and more. David & Daisy were helpful, friendly and accommodating. We will be back to stay again for sure.

Comfortable & Stylish Rural Retreat

CarolRating, 5 starstoday
Stuart & Eli are the most generous hosts we have encountered & we have encountered some great hosts. The accommodation is comfortable, spacious & homely with 3 comfortable sofas plus a very comfortable bed. Their garden is beautiful & it’s so nice to sit & admire it either from the lounge or the patio outside. The bed linen & towels are of the highest quality as are the toiletries provided. Good shower. Well equipped kitchen. The location is peaceful & relaxing. Stuart & Eli welcomed us warmly & were friendly & on hand if we needed anything but respected our privacy. They really have thought of everything you need plus so much more. Good local recommendations. Great location for exploring Somerset & beyond although unfortunately the local pub & bakery have closed down so there’s nothing within walking distance. However, we found plenty of places within a short driving distance & the generous welcome pack provided everything we needed & more! Highly recommend.

Had an absolutely fantastic weekend here, the Airbnb is beautiful, we all absolutely loved it! I would highly recommend this trip to anyone, the area was beautiful and scenic and was exactly what we were looking for, the hot tub is great and the place is dog friendly so we could bring our lovely pup on the trip! If you’re thinking about booking this then definitely go for it, the host was very friendly and responsive to my queries too, we all agreed we will be coming back soon!

Characterful barn on the Somerset Levels

MaggieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beautiful barn in several acres of land down a very quiet country lane with walks from the door. Very well equipped, everything you could need. Showers were amazing and lovely bathroom products to use. Very comfortable beds and crisp linen. Loved spending time with the chickens who roam free during the day, and sitting listening to the birds. Lovely pub in Hambridge, very friendly, full of character and great food, about 1.5 mile walk each way. Andrea recommended Queen of Cups in Glastonbury for middle eastern tapas type plates…..food was amazing. We spent a lot of time at Avalon Marshes and RSPB Ham Wall (about 40 mins drive) which give a flavour of the landscape and saw some brilliant wildlife. We also explored Ham Hill which is beautiful with 360 degree views.
