Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

The Old Estate Yard is a lovely dog friendly self contained link detached annexe, situated in the delightful village of Dumbleton, an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by beautiful rolling Cotswold countryside. A Cricket Club is just up the lane with parkland and fields on either side. The property is ideally situated for those wishing to explore the North Cotswolds, and for walkers and dog owners, it is on the route of The Winchcombe Way with Broadway and The Cotswold Way nearby.
