The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Welcome to The Watershed with sauna - a newly refurbished 1960s beach cabin by Croyde Beach Breaks, set in the heart of Croyde with footpath-only access to the beach. Sun trap secure garden & private sauna complete your stay. 
Loved by guests (see our great online reviews), this boutique-style cabin is perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxed coastal escape. From October to April, we also welcome one non-shedding dog when dogs are permitted on Croyde Beach.

Woodies Cabin is nestled in a secluded spot with beautiful views over the Teign valley - a delightful place to put up your feet and relax away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy the beautiful views, plus private garden, wood fired hot tub and sauna. There is private parking with steps leading up to the cabin. If you are going to a wedding at Higher Eggbeer there is a complimentary lift to and back from the venue on the wedding day is available. The venue is 1.5 miles away.

North Hill Cottages are just 10 minutes from Barnstaple but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Rye is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind.
