Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Woolacombe

Just had 4 nights at the West Wing, it was well presented and had its own character and charm. We loved the surroundings and most definitely loved the fresh eggs for breakfast. The hosts were great and we immediately felt relaxed and at home. I would highly recommend a visit.

We had the most wonderful week at the Rocket House. James has created the most wonderfully welcoming and enjoyable space. The house was truly more beautiful than we anticipated. It had everything we needed. The amenities were functional and well-appointed. The whole house was well-suited for our needs and was incredibly livable. My favorite part was the windows. If I have to clean up from dinner, the view made it so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the house was spotless and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Also, learning about the history of the house made it more meaningful to discover the specialness of the location and the house's origins. I CANNOT say enough good things about the location. The SW Coast Path is literally just outside the door. The views were stunning. Working with James was a joy. He was communicative, informative, and accommodating. I have already sent this listing to multiple friends!

This barn was amazing eveything you needed was supplied The garden was fully secure so my dogs loved it, Noel gave us some brilliant recommendations to eat out , local amenities , take aways The hosts were amazing , left us & the dogs lots off treats which we really enjoyed We will be back again next year Thank you again for making our holiday one to remember From Jemma, Clynt , Eric & Luna 🐾🐾

Lovely little base to come back to in the evening. Good location for exploring Devon. Tucked away so you don't feel overlooked. Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Enjoyed watching the birds & dragonflies in the garden. Nice people. Easy parking. Excellent value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Katie and David’s place. Katie’s communication was fantastic and they were both very friendly and gave us lots of local recommendations. They very kindly setup a travel cot for us and had a high chair for our toddler which made our travels simpler. The place is very comfortable and had all that we needed for our stay - fully equipped kitchen / nice bathroom. Barnstaple was a fantastic spot with which to explore the north Devon coastline which was beautiful. Would stay again thank you very much for being tremendous hosts!

This is a fantastic, secluded spot for a stay in North Devon. Though quiet itself, it's less than 10 minutes' walk to Braunton which has a selection of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants which Ant helpfully guides with recommendations. The place itself is beautifully done, with a full kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom, and excellent outdoor area for barbecues in addition to a lovely firepit. The landscaping of the gardens is stunning, it's a brilliant place to relax, and Ant is very helpful and responsive if you have any issues or want tips on what to do.

A lovely property in an excellent location. Lots of little extras made us feel very welcome and we had everything we needed for our stay.

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the appreciated the Welcome Pack on arrival. The apartment is perfectly located for walking the South West Coast Path and for accessing other attractions. We easily prepared food in the open plan kitchen and thoroughly appreciated the great views. We found plentiful parking in the local car park and also found an overnight off street parking space. William stayed in contact throughout our stay which was great. A great find!

A very nice flat with fantastic seaviews. Has everything that you need and the communication with the host was always exemplary.

Leilas appartment has a lovely view of the harbour. The walk down is fairly steep so consequently so is the walk back. It’s a good central point for checking out North Devon.

Fantastic little spot, 5 mins walk to the harbour 10mins to the center of town. Views were stunning and the photo's and description didn't really do it justice, better than we expected. Perfect spot to explore the North Coast.

A great place to stay in a fantastic location, right by the sea. Dee's flat is comfortable and has everything needed, it's right on the SW Coast Path and central to Ilfracombe shops but very quiet. We parked at Larkstone Lane car park and bought a permit online although we could have parked nearer. The bus links east and west along the coast were great and very handy for walks. Dee was really helpful, especially as we were getting the boat from Lundy so didn't know what time we'd arrive - thanks for a lovely stay!

The view from the apartment was worth it. Whilst the weather was rubbish and Westward Ho!… a tad underwhelming. Sitting and watching the sea at the end of a day was so beautiful even on a blustery rainy day.

Always love returning to Woolacombe and finding a good value for money comfortable place to stay and within the town centre was just a dream. We had such a fantastic time. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The apartment is an easy walk to Braunton where there are plenty of good restaurants and pubs and a short drive to Staunton sands. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was dog friendly with use of the garden. We would definitely recommend this for a holiday close to the beaches of North Devon.

Emma’s description of The Snug is spot on and her communication was excellent. A slightly unprepossessing exterior belies a very comfortable and cosy apartment. It’s very well equipped with some very thoughtful touches and it had everything we needed for a short stay and was spotless clean. We met the neighbours who were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. We have no hesitation in recommending this gorgeous apartment, you won't be disappointed. Su & Joe Makin

What can I say? WOW! And Beautiful! One of the best bnb’s I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect. Long walks but be prepared for the hills, plenty of places to eat and drink. Relaxing surroundings and peaceful. The apartment was very luxurious, clean and comfortable. Shirley was very informative and helpful and left lovely drinks and snacks for us which was lovely. If I had to find any negatives with the property the only thing I can think of is there was no tv in the bedroom. Not everyone likes this anyway. We had our iPad so watched a film in bed from there so no real issue. Watch out for seagulls and pidgeons! They are in abundance. lol! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Shirley!

We loved our month long stay at the Cwtch! Cozy and clean and easy walking to both the local bus routes and into town. We appreciated the weekly linen exchange. Was a fabulous month!

Fantastic stay, David was a great host with brilliant communication. The apartment was clean and well decorated with everything we needed. Small beach round the corner which the kids loved and a 30min walk into Ilfracome. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! what a lovely apartment. Great location, tastefully decorated, everything you needed for a great break away. Situated for easy access to the local pubs, restaurant and beach. I would definitely recommend it and have nothing negative to say about it. The on site parking is very useful and convenient. We had a lovely time and hopefully will return one day.
