Key travel routes include, 15 min from the airport, 5 min from The V & A Waterfront and 2 min from the Old Biscuit mill. We are also walking distance from a pharmacy and a convenience store as well as our local Cafe, Bootleggers. Our space is a blend of luxury and comfort, so and come curl up on our Vetsak and soak up the views of Table Mountain and set your evening mood with our LIFX light and enjoy!

This is a beautifully designed modern three-bedroom house located in the vibey De Waterkant village, on the border of Green Point, and within walking distance of all amenities. The house was masterfully laid out by a Cape Town architect to capture the Cape Town light. The interiors have been carefully and beautifully designed by a Cape Town designer to ensure every luxury and convenience. The house is peaceful and quiet. It is also ideally situated for work or for a holiday experience.

We have added a small, cozy guest suite to our family home in upper Woodstock and welcome guests from all over the world. We, that is Kent and Susanne with our daughters Tami (18) and Alba (9) and our lovely dog Vivienne Westwood (Vivi). Our approximately 25 square meter cottage is located in our beautiful shared garden with saltwater pool and has its own bathroom and kitchenette. Our guests appreciate the Upper Woodstock location and the garden while having us around for questions.
