Holiday rentals with a patio in Woodstock

I had the best experience with Anthea and Adrian. They were very quick to respond , extremely helpful, they bent over backwards to assist us. The apartment was so neat , clean and had everything you needed. We were there for personal and business, and I can easily say it’s suitable for both. The security guards were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for sure. Also it’s easy to take a walk to the waterfront so the location is perfect. 🤩

5 stars all round. A large 9th floor sunny apartment with views and nicely located next to pepper club hotel for breakfast! Recommended.

A very safe and secure location, we enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. The communication between us and the host was excellent. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

Wow! What a beautiful place. We had amazing time. Apartment is located on the beach. Sounds of waves were incredible. Inside is spacious and finished with high standards. Kitchen is well equipped for anything you would want. Host was easy to reach and really proactive. Highly recommended!

My stay was okay. The place was generally clean and matched the photos. It had what I needed for a short stay. Communication with the host was fine,and check in went smoothly. A decent spot if you’re looking for a home away from home!

Very comfortable flat in the Bo Kaap, easy to reach central Cape Town and the Waterfront on foot and Ubers readily available to bring you back up the steep hill ( though we did walk up sometimes). Lovely terrace for sitting outside with a stunning view of Table mountain. We preferred this to a modern apartment in a block - you feel as though you are part of a real neighbourhood

We stayed at the beautiful location which is on the outskirts of the city. It felt like home immediately and we were not disappointed for almost the four months we stayed. The location was perfect—close to grocery, restaurants, and all the local attractions, which made getting around super convenient. Uber is always only 2-4 minutes away and the cost is reasonable. It’s a 15-20 minute ride to city center which has unending attractions and activities. Around the Observatiory area itself, many coffee shops, bars, restaurants, eccletic stores which are walkable. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to comfortable linens—making it feel like a true home away from home. What really stood out was the host: warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. Any questions or requests were handled quickly and thoughtfully, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this beautiful home!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Unterkunft in Südafrika als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Simon war ein toller Gastgeber, immer freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit Blick auf das Wasser, was will man mehr. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind gleich um die Ecke. Daher können wir diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank :)

I would like to thank Monique for the most fabulous stay we have ever had on air bnb. Monique immediately reached out to us as soon as our booking was confirmed, with information which was very helpful about checking in and surrounding area. The whole beautiful cottage was pristine! It felt like we were home. Nothing was missing! Her attention to detail made our stay so comfortable. All cleaning detergents, laundry detergents, bath soaps were provided. The kitchen was stocked with salt and pepper, olive oil, grape seed oil, coffee pods, tea, sugars etc. we found all this very helpful and did not have to stock up on such items. The outdoor areas were clean and beautifully set out with incredible security. The decor inside and outside the cottage had such a comfortable & homey feel to it. Easy walk to Gardens shopping Center and surrounding restaurants! We will definitely be staying with Monique again on our next visit to Cape Town. Thank you Monique for making our stay Perfect.

Such a stunning property, exactly as pictured. Ian was such a warm and welcoming host. The house had everything we needed for cooking and for a very comfortable stay. The wood burning stove kept the main area warm and cozy. Would highly recommend staying here, we hope to visit again.

This was our first trip to Cape Town but did have feedback from my daughter who is studying there. The Gardens neighborhood worked well because of its central location. Unfortunately the city is car dependent so plan on lots of Ubering - always a car within 2 minutes - even vans! The mall down the street was a blessing - pharmacy, 2 grocery stores and a bunch of other stuff. The home was so perfect for a group of 7 - probably the best was the large open living space that gave way to a work space at the dining room table, cooking space galore in the kitchen, comfy couches to watch the French Open from and then a napping window that is super cozy. There is a great outdoor table and rooftop deck but due to timing and some weather did not spend a lot of time there - but the invitation of both spaces quite charming. Would stay there without hesitation next trip if over 4 travelers!

My group and I had an amazing stay at Russell's place in Capetown. The place was beautiful and had everything we could need for our 5 day stay. What stood out the most though was Russell's hospitality! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Russell for your kindness. I cant wait to book Russell's place agin for my next stay in Capetown!

Perfect day. The house was worth for the price and location was important for us to travel daily to different places around the city. Lady Maureen is very friendly and kind person who tried her best to explain how gate, heating, and alarm function. Thank you.

I had an amazing stay at my time in 3015. Marius was a welcoming host and we were met with the room in excellent condition. The room perfectly matched the pictures and exceeded my expectations. We felt safe, had a great view and were comfortable. Definitely will stay here again!

Bruce's AirBnb was perfect! Super clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We received lots of recommendations from Bruce which were very helpful. It was super cozy and we LOVED the balcony where you can enjoy the views with your coffee or tea. I would recommend this AirBnb to anybody visiting Cape Town!

I had a great stay at Rudi’s airb&b. Felt right at home in this safe neighbourhood. I Can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. Communication was really good and a beautiful bathroom view of Table Mountain.

A localização é boa, perto do centro e de V&A Waterfront, com opções de cafés e restaurantes nos arredores. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi ótima. Recomendo demais!

Great location next to the CTICC , two minute to the show halls. The apartment is warm and comfortable. Great stay , will book again next year.
