Always a treat to stay in the A-frame. The beach front location is sensational. Very spacious inside. The front and back decks really are beautiful sun traps and maximise outdoor flow. Always clean and tidy and well equiped. Fi is very welcoming and friendly. Love returning there. My dog cried when we had to leave 🥲

We are return visitors to this place and are grateful to the hosts for sharing this special place. Many thanks to Fi for the extra little touches. Really enjoyed the changes to the outdoor seating area!

Had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place! The place looked exactly like the photos and it was so lovely to have a garage to park in as well as being able to bring our dog. Appreciate all the small touches and great information booklet. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was fantastic. Hope to stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful couple of days - we didn't know Wellington at all and were worried that the noise may be bad from the airport but it was very quiet and only a couple of times noticed planes coming and going. It was great having off-street parking and we we super comfortable in our rooms and very cosy. Had a lovely walk down at the end of the street. All in all a great place to be. Would definitely visit here again! Thank you Steph for sharing your lovely home.

Blackbird is a thoroughly comfy cosy nest for settling in and making the most of what Martinborough has to offer. Just a block back from the central square, handy to everything yet quiet. Plenty of comfortable space to relax both inside and out in the lovely private garden with various seating options. As chefs we appreciated a sizeable, very well appointed and supplied kitchen and dining area. With the bedroom, bathroom and common area set up it creates a flexible set up for two couples travelling together, a group of singles or a family. Very much a comfy home away from home. We loved our holiday at this air bnb. It’s so close to the Pacific Ocean, you can see it & hear it from the house! The house is full of character and is well maintained by the owners. We loved that we could bring our dog. Highly recommended!

absolutely stunning property everything you would imagine a homestead to be, it was really grand inside put also warm and very comfortable. we have two children so it was nice to relax and let them enjoy the space. pool was great we had some fun imagine the summer months to be even better. The house was tidy, very well appointed, clean and gorgeous. The deck is huge and the proximity to the wineries and the square was perfect.

Easy to find and seamless checkin. A nice quiet road with beautiful properties all around. An excellent place to stay for a couple of nights.

We always stay here when we come to Martinborough and Greytown. It's the perfect location and we feel very comfortable. The bedding is pristine and the decor is pleasing to the eye. I really appreciated our short stay. The kitchen had a range of equipment I could cook with. Easy to clean up in every room. Great layout and my family really liked it. I would recommend this place. Maree and Tony were so friendly it has been easy to express my gratitude. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Great house for two families, we enjoyed the hot tub, children loved the communal pool, tennis court and trampoline! It was a great way to visit an area that didn’t seem to have a huge amount for children to do.

Perfect little 1bedroom, very spacious with two decks for entertainment, lots of lawn space for kids to run around, beach views are amazing from the front patio. Sunsets were absolutely beautiful. And the kaimoana never disappoints here in Tora 😊 🎣 🦞 Wish we had booked for longer, next time 👍

Klare is what makes this a special place: kind, friendly, and helpful. The bed is comfy, the tuis chat away, and it's a bit like a good old kiwi holiday bach. Casual, welcoming, and easygoing in a spare self contained room of her home. Thank you Klare for added excitement 😊

We enjoyed our stay at Titoki House. The house was clean and had a nice feel. We loved the sliding door out to the garden and the secure section for the dogs. Thank you Miri - we are already talking about another stay.

Andreas place was amazing. My Mum and her friends had a lovely time. It was peaceful and quiet, stunning location, classic kiwi bach. Lovely little details, and extras. Andrea was responsive and helpful. Thanks, we will definitely be back.

Lefki and Dave’s place was the perfect base in the perfect location. Everything was very thoughtfully put together which made the stay comfortable. All the little touches…plugs by the bed, generous bathroom sink, somewhere to hang clothes. They’ve thought about how people will use their little place. And both were delightfully friendly when I ran into them. Thank you to you both for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay, surrounded by a beautiful garden and at walking distance from the beach, restaurants and bakery. Neighboring a reserve at the back was a bonus, so we had more space to play ball games. It was a great place to rest and relax, indoor or outdoor. Board games available to play when it rained. One thing to note is that the bedroom upstairs, although private, it doesn't have a door to block any noise from downstairs. It is a cute cottage with lots of space for everybody.

beautiful house, with garden and being very private with the front fence, entry by gate... we were in Naenae for a funeral, really appreciated to have the space to reflect and prepare ourselves for our last days with our sister/aunty/Nana.. Thankyou so Barbara for letting stay at St James..

A fabulous location close to city ferry, beaches and bush walks. Also easy walks to cafes and shops. We loved the privacy, the fenced courtyard so our dog was safe and a very comfortable bed. We appreciated the washing machine as we were there for a more extended stay, everything we needed to make simple meals, and space to work as well as relax. We highly recommend and will be back ourselves!
