Sit on the 2 terraces of the top floor to admire on one side of the apartment the view of the city and on the other side the forest, the lake, the beautiful Château Sainte-Anne and the property of Val Duchesse. Combining comfort, design and beautiful volumes, this renovated and tastefully decorated accommodation has a fully equipped American kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms with very comfortable quality beds that will make you forget the stress of everyday life. Very bright and quiet apartment. Peace and warmth are the key words of this place without forgetting the beautiful sunsets. My apartment is the ideal 2 bedroom apartment located on the 9th floor of a well maintained building. It is 2 minutes from the famous Rouge Cloître and 2 minutes from a tram station as well as less than 10 minutes walk from a metro station (Hermann Debroux). This apartment has been completely renovated and decorated with taste and with all my love for design and comfortable materials. The sofa is composed of goose feathers as well as a shape memory system. My bed is a springbox with medium comfort geltec mattress (very comfortable). Lots of lighting and candle choices, which makes it extremely warm. The apartment is piercing which makes it very bright during the day. In the master bedroom you will find a remote control for electric shutters and in the 2nd bedroom, opaque curtains. Garage space with remote control. 14 minutes from the center (Louise-Flagey-place Poelaart). 16 minutes from Brussels airport. Close to highways. At 2 min you will find various supermarkets as well as restaurants of all kinds... Great apartment and ideally located! Parking included A large private garden is located in front of the building and you just have to take two steps towards the castle to discover one of the most beautiful historical avenues in the region I am available by SMS and by phone at 0483 738 402 or by email at audrey.birman@laposte.net. I will stay 2 min walk from the apartment Wake up in a beautiful green setting, in the immediate vicinity of Rouge-Cloître Parks, Mellaerts Ponds and Woluwe. Located in Auderghem, the accommodation also offers easy access to many supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Hermann Debroux metro station at 1 tram station or less than 10 min walk, 1 min from tram 94 and tram 8. 2 minutes from bus 34. 16 minutes by car from Zaventem airport and 14 minutes from the city center (Louise metro: access to the center on foot via the elevator facing Poelaerts Square) and 9 minutes from the city center (Art Loi metro: facing the park and Place Royale. The center is at your feet, all you have to do is walk). You will have an exceptional view of the Château Sainte Anne and the forest... Calm and good vibes are the key words of the house.
