The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.

Self-contained detached annex with private access set in countryside location. Annex includes bathroom and kitchen downstairs, bedroom with kingsize bed upstairs. This newly-renovated stylish self-contained annex is next to a medieval house in a lovely countryside setting. Convenient access to the major motorways (close to the M1, M6 and A14) and Rugby train station, and near Coombe Abbey, The Cotswolds, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Stratford. Access to outside patio area, next to an orchard. We welcome long term corporate bookings and business guests at Oakdene annex. We can also accommodate Monday-Friday business guests, minimum 2 night stays.

Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.
