This living room also includes the dining area and desk. The apartment is one of 2 detached apartments on the 1st floor with common entrance with the permanent residents, but can be used completely independently. Residents of the house also include a dog, who does not have access to the apartments.

There is a large double bed in the bedroom. Bus stop 202/218/222/262, Penny supermarket, restaurant and also fast food are within walking distance in just 1 minute. The city center of the beautiful city park and the outdoor pool of Wolfsburg are also nearby.

The two-room apartment is located in a traditional half-timbered house about 10 minutes by car from Wolfsburg city center. It is located on the second floor and is reached via a staircase. The bathroom was modernized in 2020. Compact vehicles can be parked in the yard and larger ones on the street about 20-30 meters further. The washing machine & dryer in the laundry room can be used for a fee of €2.
