Beautiful and quietly located on the outskirts of the village in the cozy wooden house, yard 2021 for private use. Consisting of a living/bedroom with TV and fast Wi-Fi. 1 room with a small kitchenette. 1 separate, small bathroom with shower and toilet. Carport / terrace with cozy garden furniture and wide views of nature. The rental price includes electricity, heating, hot water and fast Wi-Fi. Final cleaning is included with normal use! Self check-in with a lockbox is possible.

The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you are looking for relaxation after a stressful day at work, you have come to the right place! You can end the evening here relaxing on the sofa, in the bathtub or with a sauna session. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities. Pets are an additional one-time fee of €25.

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

3-room (completely re-papered and painted in 2018) with shower bath - small terrace and separate entrance. The property is about 4 km from the A 2 highway. The living area has a cooking and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, etc.)Wi-Fi and 55-inch smart TV. The bedroom is for max. 2 people (bed 140 x 200). In the living room there is a sofa bed (max 2 people 245 x 160) & additionally we can provide an air bed for max 2 people (150 x 200)

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Harzspecht

Good location for trips to the Harz Mountains. Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Ilsenburg, Wolfenbüttel, Bad Harzburg can be reached within half an hour. Braunschweig is also only 40 minutes away. Osterwieck itself has a very wonderful old town with over 400 half-timbered houses. We are also called the pearl of Saxony-Anhalt. The city is now 1050 years old and is located on the Romanesque Road and on the Via Romea pilgrimage route
