From here you can walk or cycle immediately into the countryside, but Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate vicinity. The bakery, bus stop and train station are only a 3-minute walk away. By train, you can reach the Festspielhaus in Bregenz in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity begins the local recreation area "Lauteracher Ried" with a popular swimming lake. The first ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes.

Only 10 minutes from Bregenz and Lake, we offer a spacious apartment, with terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenzerwald. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour directly in front of the house to the centre. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a side bed for infants, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

A bus stop and the train station "Schwarzach" can be reached by foot in only 2 minutes. Bregenz (directly on Lake Constance/Bregenzer Festspiele) and Dornbirn are about 10 minutes away by train. The first ski areas can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes.

Lovingly furnished old apartment in a central location between Bregenz and Dornbirn. The apartment is located in our family home – my two daughters with families, my husband and I also live here. The modern apartment offers Wi-Fi, free parking and a lockable bicycle parking space. The bathroom is opposite in the hallway. Lake Constance, Jannersee, festivals, mountains and ski areas are quick and easy to reach - ideal for relaxation and discovery!

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 16 Jahre) und wohnen im Zentrum eines kleinen netten Dorfes. Die zu buchende Unterkunft ist eine Einleger Wohnung in unserem Wohnhaus. Hier im Dorf gibt es 2 Gasthäuser und einen kleinen Laden in dem man alles Notwendige findet. Fußballplatz und Spielplatz sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben eine schöne Aussicht über das Rheintal. Die Gästetaxe von 1,85 € pro Gast und Nacht sind im Preis inbegriffen
