Kompakte Fahrzeuge können auf dem Hof und größere an der Straße etwas 20-30 Meter weiter abgestellt werden. Die Waschmaschine & der Trockner im Waschraum können gegen eine Gebühr von 2 € genutzt werden.

Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer. Bushaltestelle 202/218/222/262, Supermarkt Penny, Restaurant und auch Schnellimbiss sind in Fußnähe in nur 1 min. zu erreichen. Auch die Innenstadt der schöne Stadtpark u. das Freibad von Wolfsburg liegen in der Nähe.
