The apartment consists of an anteroom, bedroom 2 children's rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom(incl. steam shower), toilet and balcony. The apartment is only rented in its entirety and there is also everything you could ever need. The house is located directly on the Jakobswanderweg. Bathing lakes are in the immediate distance. Practical doctor, dentist, department store, bank, Trafik, inn, pastry shop and bakery (also open on Sundays) are about 3 minutes walk from the accommodation!

House at the summit of the Kömmelgupf near Bleiburg. Surrounded by forest and a 2.5 ha meadow. The perfect place for the kids to really let off steam. In winter, sleds and a bob sled are provided. There are several hiking trails down the mountain and in the morning the birdsong outside the door wakes you up. House with entire green space is at your disposal. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.
