Located at 460 m above sea level, 4 km from the village of Sankt Paul in the Lavant Valley, surrounded by forest and meadows in the beautiful Granitztal Valley. The house is located at the end of a road so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

The property is located about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. It is only about 5 minutes by car to the lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer). The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, there is a bakery near the lifts. Lovingly designed old building apartment near the lake

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.

Beautiful 80 m² apartment in the vacation area of Wolfsberg!

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. Very centrally located. The mountains nearby invite you to hike and the beautiful lakes to swim. The Lavant Museum and Wolfsberg Castle would be worth a visit. Shopping facilities and cinema are within walking distance. In the kitchen there is a microwave, a Nespresso machine and also everything you need for cooking. Bed linen and towels are provided.
