We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. It is good to know, especially in these times, that you can access the apartment via your own terrace. This part of the house is completely separated. The spacious apartment with 125 square meters has high ceilings and parquet flooring. The ambiance is modern, individual and has art and collectibles that have been collected together over the years.

The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

We recently moved to Wohltorf with our family and are now renting out our beautiful, quiet and renovated granny apartment. Wohltorf is located in the beautiful Sachsenwald. It is only a few minutes' walk to the forest. Nearby is the Tonteichbad. The S-Bahn is a 3-minute walk away and you can reach Hamburg Central Station in 28 minutes. Reinbek and Bergedorf can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Here you are in the middle of nature.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
