The apartment is centrally located on the promenade and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city harbor and the castle from the balcony, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The nearby city center attracts with theaters, museums and many gastronomic facilities. Your car can be parked in the underground garage upon request. Surrounded by nature, in perfect tranquility in a secluded location near the lake, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city on our family-friendly farm and simply unwind! There are beautiful, wide views over fields and meadows. The house - also suitable for small seminars - can accommodate 10-11 people and is comfortably furnished, with a fireplace and open kitchen. A large garden offers many possibilities, including barbecues and campfires! 🐕 are very welcome.

With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.

Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.

Due to the many windows, the apartment is very bright, but overall quietly located in Parchim's old town. Lake Wockersee, the market and shops serving daily needs can be reached on foot in five to ten minutes. The apartment is also ideal for fitters or doctors - the Asklepios clinic is a 10-minute walk away.

Away from the hustle and bustle, it offers pure relaxation, a wide view from the large terrace and a very special tranquility. Enjoy the company of chickens, sheep, a small zebu herd, Emil the cat and occasionally the absolutely friendly guest dog Brudi... while you enjoy and explore the rural atmosphere.
