This two-person apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, with direct access to the stables. You won't just be staying on the farm, you'll be right in the heart of the action. Here, you'll live on the farm with horses, cows, dogs, chickens, geese and us 2 humans :)

Wenn du in dieser zentral in Carolinensiel gelegenen Unterkunft übernachtest, hat deine Familie alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe. Zum alten Museumshafen mit vielen schönen Restaurants und Cafés sind es ca. 300m. Den Strand bzw. Fähranleger zur Insel Wangerooge erreichst du in 1,9km. Der Edeka (200m) hat häufig sogar sonntags geöffnet. Im großen Garten stehen ein Fußballtor sowie ein Basketballkorb bereit. Wir vermieten die Wohnung seit Juli 2025 nach einer Kernsanierung.

Wittmund country life on a small farm

The apartment is on the upper floor of the residential building of a classic East Frisian farm in Burhafe near Wittmund in a rural area. The North Sea is only about 16 km away. The apartment has an area of about 80 square meters. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. Parking is available right in front of the entrance. Dogs are welcome. Even if you want to bring your horse, this is possible. On the farm live 2 ponies, 2 dogs and ducks and geese and 2 people. ;-)
