Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und ist mit einem großen Garten umgeben, trotzdem sind 2 Supermärkte, Bus, Kiosk und Restaurants in 3-10 min zu erreichen. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien oder Besucher von Tagungen und Messen, da es drei abgetrennte Zimmer mit Schlafgelegenheiten gibt. Die Entfernung nach Dortm.-City beträgt 10km, zur TU Do 3 km, zur Ruhr-Uni-Bochum 10 km und zur Uni Witten/ Herdecke 2km.

You can enjoy the beautiful weather on the terrace or even cozily in the garden. Take a break. It is only about 45 km to Messe Düsseldorf and 65 km to Cologne. Surrounded by the Ruhr meadows, on the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path, you will be able to spend a relaxing time here. As a special highlight, you have a direct view of a stork nest a few meters away. At the right time, the stork couple can be observed here during courtship and breeding.
