About the clouds

The property is located about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. It is only about 5 minutes by car to the lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer). The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, there is a bakery near the lifts. In 1948, the rustic alpine hut of the Ratheiser family was built in an absolutely secluded location and has always been enjoyed by its guests. The Pirkerhütte is well suited for families, friends and nature lovers who want to find a special kind of experience in this place. The Pirkeralm is a wonderful, untouched piece of earth, which gives people rest and strength for everyday life!

One Room Flat in Klagenfurt

The flat is a little Garconiere, basically a one room apartement with a small Kitchen and a fully renovated bathroom with a bathtub. There is one double bed and a couch that can also be used as a sofabed. Close to the flat you find everything you need, stores and a bus stop are only 100 meters away. By bus you are in the city center in 10 minutes.

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car.
