Monthly Rentals in Witham

It’s the second time we’ve returned to this lovely little bungalow with our two young boys and it did not disappoint! For us, it is perfect - extremely clean, has all the helpful items you could need for your stay, including extra touches like milk & tea and has a ‘home away from home’ feeling. We adore how peaceful it is and find the location extremely easy to get to when visiting family. Thank you again for being such wonderful hosts Jane & Ian. We shall no doubt be returning again soon!

Our recent stay here was a last minute booking as our home was being renovated, we arrived tired and frazzled. On arrival we found that the fridge had been stocked with provisions that enabled us to have a cup of tea and toast, it's these small acts of kindness that make all the difference. The apartment is comfortable, clean and the garden view is delightful. The hosts Jan and Dave can not be faulted! Considerate, quick to respond to any communication and friendly who made us feel welcomed. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Lorna and Noel are great hosts. They have a lovely place that’s well-maintained and the space is effectively utilised and spacious. The environment is very peaceful, beautiful and remote which we loved. It’s perfect for anyone looking for inspiration to write a novel or just want some peace and quiet.

Lovely detached, clean, modern place in a good, modern housing estate with plenty of parking available and an Aldi and Chain pub literally walking distance. The main town is 5 minutes away and access to the A12 is 3 minutes drive. Friendly and efficient service form the host, will use this place again.
