A lovely holiday flat with a view directly in the yacht harbour of Kiel for up to 4 persons. Very well equipped kitchen, one double bed, one sofa bed and one single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony to enjoy sunsets and the sea. The flat is located in Hotel Olympia, there are two elevators and the possibility to use the washing machine and a dryer in the building. Parking available. High chair and toys upon request. Es erwartet Dich ein frisch ausgebauter 14m" grosser Bauwagen mit einem Bett (160), einer kleinen Küchenzeile und je einer Sitzgelegenheit innen/aussen. Das WC und die Dusche befinden sich in einem weiteren Bauwagen nebenan. Frisches Gemüse und Eier aus unserem Garten stehen saisonal zur Verfügung, sowie ein Klappfahrrad :)

Kiel with spectacular view on the Baltic Sea

Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse. Seperater Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche und Kochgelegenheit. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

Das Kavalierhaus befindet sich gegenüber vom Marstall und verfügt über einen großen Garten mit Pavillon, umgeben von Rhododendren. Das Gebäude wurde kürzlich liebevoll restauriert. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großzügiges Esszimmer, die Küche mit separater Speisekammer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Doppel Schlafzimmer mit je einem Duschbad en-suite, ein Gäste-WC und der Hauswirtschaftsraum. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 7 DZ und 1 EZ, sowie 4 Badezimmer.

Our fine little apartment in Stein is looking forward to nice vacationers. The apartment welcomes you with direct views of the Baltic Sea and a cozy private ambiance. Located directly on the dike, it is only a few meters to the beach and also a bike rental, snacks and cafes are within walking distance in a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.
