The Roundhouse was a stunning place to stay in the beautiful town of Wirksworth. Absolutely nothing to fault, property is clean and well presented. There has obviously been real attention to detail. The review cannot do it justice! Fully recommended.

Absolutely loved the house, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We have also fallen for Wirksworth, great pub, walks and people.

Lovely cottage exactly as described - cosy and characterful! The big new bathroom is a great addition. Very cosy with the log burner lit on what was a cold and snowy weekend. Good, straightforward pub food at the Rising Sun opposite and another roaring fire! Jane was responsive and helpful, letting us leave later due to the awful road conditions and taking time to make sure we were safe. Thanks Jane!

just got home from a perfect stay..fabulous time, loved the log burner, easy to use. Some beautiful quirky touches, it was lovely and warm too. Brilliant location in the centre of town. Lots of lovely walks nearby and you must visit the Hope & Anchor, amazing food and staff. Will definitely be visiting again
