Monthly Rentals in Winterbourne

For what we wanted and needed, the Sawmill suite was ideal. We arrived very late after a wedding reception, so it was quite dark out. Once we located the address, however, the driveway and entranceway to the unit were very well lit. Even the steps down to the door to the suite were lit with some charming hanging bulbs. Helpful and quite lovely. The kitchen is everything you need it to be, the bathroom and shower clean and perfectly functional. The living room is large and airy, the couch capacious and comfy with plenty of nice soft blankets essential on a leather couch. A nice touch. If I have any issue, and this is a small one, it’s that there are only two lamps in the entire suite - one small one in the living room and one on one of the side tables in the bedroom. The overhead lighting is ample, but I prefer the softer light of lamps, especially in the evening and for watching TV. Again, a small complaint. Overall a wonderful home base for exploring the St. Jacobs area!

Thalia and Jesus made our stay very enjoyable not just for the two of us, but also our pup. Their space is very dog, friendly, including an outdoor fenced in area. They provided any extra pet necessities for dogs staying there. We came with our own gear, but our dog even enjoyed their dog bed at times!

Awesome place to grab some shut-eye.
