The floor area is approximately 90 square meters. From the light-flooded living area, you can reach the sleeping level via a staircase. The bed is (2 x 1.6) m. The building was completely renovated in 2019 and supplemented by a spacious bathroom. The "garden house" includes an approx. 40 sqm terrace with a wide view of the moor.

The holiday home is idyllically located on the edge of the forest, near Balksee, surrounded by fields and horse meadows – perfect for peace and relaxation. A large garden and a sunny terrace invite you to unwind. For children, there is a play kitchen, sandbox, and swing. The property is fully fenced. Beautiful walking and cycling trails start right at the doorstep, leading through the Wingst forest. Alpacas graze around the house, creating a truly special atmosphere. 2 dogs are very welcome.

Designed for two people, this room is approximately 55 m² and includes a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sauna and a shower area. Perfect for relaxing. The surroundings are wildly romantic, with plenty of water, meadows and forests. Dog's are welcome. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.
