Our well-designed studio is great for the solo traveler. This cozy accommodation has a double bed, private small bathroom and shower. Room has a cube-sized refrigerator with dishes and small seating space. TV-Free Zone. It’s located close to the main building near our grill courtyard and communal fire pit. It is not a freestanding cabin. There is a porch area with a table and two chairs right outside the door overlooking landscaping near the main parking. The Highlands is an adult-only property.

Room 1 has an ocean view from all windows, the bathroom is across the hall. Be sure to make dinner reservations before you arrive, as during our busy season and weekends we do book up for dinner each night. We DO NOT accept small children, as the space is not safe for little kids. The windows don't have screens, and the stairs are steep. We are also not handicapped accessible in our rooms, as they are upstairs. The restaurant is.
