Holiday rentals with beach access in Wine Country

What a fantastic stay! We’ve been visiting Mendocino for years and can’t believe it took us so long to find Mary’s place. Superb location…super spacious and well equipped. Views couldn’t be any better and so convenient to the local shops and restaurants. Hope to stay there again.

The place was very nice. We have kids & grandkids in the Bay Area and like to visit as often as possible. The place was clean and comfortable but most of all very welcoming. And Ramil reached out to make sure our needs were met. If the need arises we would definitely stay there again

Chase’s place was exactly as described. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches, like labels for WiFi, extra toiletries and even a few office supplies. I was very happy & surprised to find two luggage racks. Chase even accommodated an extremely late check-in, due to my train being delayed four hours. There’s no question that I would stay here again. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and you cannot beat the view. We spent a couple evenings on the patio watching the sunset on Mount Tam. It was breathtaking. The space was clean, comfortable, and pretty quiet, so if you're looking for something that feels serene and peaceful, this is it. Shanna was easy to communicate with and was extremely kind. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Marin County. Super close to everything!

Katina and Dickson’s space was the perfect place to recharge after driving/camping and before exploring the Bay Area. Filled with gorgeous art pieces, cozy, and close to a walkable area with shops and restaurants. Our hosts were kind and interesting. We admire their way of life and it’s too bad our trip had to be so short. Thanks again for the great birthday stay!

We had a peaceful, lovely time at this wonderful apartment. Nestled in between two rentals—a cottage on one side and a house on the other—it is quaint and welcoming. The space is better than the pictures; the kitchen in particular has a larger, medium-sized refrigerator (as opposed to the dorm-like fridge in the pic) and a full electric stove/oven. The space is artfully decorated. I was delightfully surprised to see that, from the bedroom window, I had a view of the gorgeous garden behind the house next door. The colors of its flora reminded me of Monet’s garden at Giverny. And from the balcony, there is a great view of the ocean. Across the street is a path to coastal bluffs, and down the street there’s a cool restaurant with yummy, gourmet eats. The only downside was that the bed was firmer than we like, but it didn’t detract from our stay. We enjoyed being in Caspar because it is not touristy, like Mendocino. We will come again.

This property is amazing in every way. There’s a view from the ocean from almost every room, beautiful tile work and gorgeous, well appointed bathrooms. A sauna and extra hot hot tub. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house itself is beautiful with private spaces, but also a large living room where everyone can gather around a beautiful tiled potbelly fireplace. It’s a short walk to the beach through a charming neighborhood. The host Rebekah was very communicative and generous, allowed us flexible, check-in and check out. I will 100% be staying here again.

This home has the most beautiful views and the house is wonderful as well. The furnishings were cozy, clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and wished we could stay longer. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

An absolutely beautiful home to visit!! Close enough to where you can drive to Mendocino or Fort Bragg for dinner but not be right in town. Beautiful sun room and deck. Everything was so homey feeling.

Great place and location. The hot tub with a view of the water and the stars is everything. We have stayed here before. It is a favorite. Unfortunately, a work crisis interrupted our stay, but we will be back. The local restaurant Tony’s Seafood was apparently bought by Hog Island and the oysters and the clam chowder are to die for. Rachel was our server and couldn’t have been nicer. I recommend purchasing groceries and libations in San Rafael or elsewhere before you get there. Enjoy.

Absolutely beautiful property!! The master bedroom is such a treat. There were great views and a beach very close. Perfect location for the towns around to was right in the middle of Mendocino and Fort Bragg. Don’t forget to screenshot all the check in details there is little to no service at the house.

Private, peaceful, unique, beautiful layout, easy to find, communicative owner. Even better than what we’d imagined. Thankful for the opportunity!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

So hard to find a reasonably priced place in this neighborhood. Not only was this a great deal....but is was very spacious, well laid out and had a ton of amenities : coffee, high end shampoos and soaps, etc. Nancy was in touch constantly to make sure we knew where things were and how to enter and exit easily.

Perfect place to stay in Alameda with young kids! Kimberly’s condo had a pack and play, highchair, and even toys for my young children to play with. The walk in closet was a great space to put the pack and play to add some separation for nap and overnight sleep. Would definitely stay here again.
