Holiday rentals with breakfast in Windsor and Maidenhead

It was great staying at Shirley's. The place is very clean, quiet, and located in a great neighbourhood. The bed is comfortable, and we had some enjoyable chats. I highly recommend Shirley's room.

Linda was very accommodating and clear with instructions for the stay. I appreciate Linda for allowing me to keep my bags post checkout. The location of the house is inconvenient as there are frequent buses to the city centre.

Absolutely Fabulous! Anne could not have been a more accommodating and welcoming host. Her house is an eclectic mix of antiques, design and homely comfort. Everything you need to relax is here, and anything you may need you just have to ask. I came as a guest and left with a friend.

Great spot to stay for our legoland trip. Excellent communication from the hosts and a very nice house. We enjoyed planespotting as the planes landed, and it didn't disturb our night. Overall amazing

Janet's place is a little tricky to find as it's behind a tall hedge, other than that everything about Janet's place is perfect.

This is the best of old fashioned BnBs, in a real person's real home. One host, one guest, friendly discussion over a civilised breakfast. Quiet street just off a big park, with a bus route on the other side of the park. Less than 30 minutes' walk to the station. So far, so good. AND THEN! An idyllic little river at the bottom of the garden (not the Thames); Andrea kindly lent me her kayak. I paddled a little way upstream, and then, oops, swam back. The brook is perfect for both activities, depending on your skill. Andrea hosed me down without a fuss. I couldn't ask for a better host.

This was a great place to stay. Easy walk to Paddington Station. Lots of great places to eat. Fantastic pub on the corner with great staff. The unit was clean and well appointed. We loved the coffee/tea bar and the breakfast extras. They even had milk and water for us. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Mara is a wonderful host she has a lovely house I found the whole experience really good, very clean comfy bed, a nice room & Mara is extremely helpful & nice five stars from me.

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

Amazing stay , perfect for the location we were working at. Great places to eat (Bone Daddys and Flat Iron were our fav finds so far, Sushi Samba was ok, but overpriced for what we got) The number of snacks and drinks he left out for us was amazing and so well received after finishing work at 4am Will be using again any time I'm working in the area, thank you so much for being a great host.

Great place to stay, I booked this for my parents whilst they visited us in Henley and it was great. James was really accommodating and welcoming!

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Francesca has a lovely spot, very well located, clean and spacious. She was a very welcoming host and left thoughtful gifts - all in all I had a fantastic stay here. I’d highly recommend this option and hope to return one day :)

Great experience staying at Umu’s place! Very clean, good communication with the host. She even left some food and spices, which is highly appreciated. Neighbours and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Recommend!

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

There is a reason Deborah is a Super host! This was a perfect Air b&b experience for me and my dog Hugo. Nothing was too much trouble, Deborah made us feel welcome immediately into her beautiful home, which is set in a gorgeous location a short walk from Hampstead village. I was spoilt with a lovely healthy breakfast and fresh coffee. This is a rare find and a treat, so my recommendation is to book quickly before someone else beats you to it!

Fiona is a fabulous hostess. Great location, beautiful accommodations, delicious breakfast. We enjoyed chatting with Fiona over breakfast every morning and she gave us super helpful travel advice every day. Thank you Fiona, for making our trip fantastic - hope to stay with you again!

Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

Fantastic host, great place with a beautiful location plenty of country side to explore, in our case to ride.

I had a wonderful stay for the one night. Julie was so friendly and easy to talk with. And truly helpful. A bit over a mile out of central Oxford, but not a disappointment. It’s on the main road, so if you choose to walk, you won’t get lost.

We had a brief but lovely stay in the cottage. It was spacious, there were breakfast goodies for us and the bed was really comfortable. There was pretty countryside around and a meal at the Crown pub just down the road was a winner! Very easy communications, would recommend. Thanks Gilly & James!

Patricia's house is lovely. My two teens and I stayed in three rooms at the top floor. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms very clean. The house has lots of historical features and is nicely decorated. Patricia made sure we had a great breakfast, with eggs, fruits, cakes and croissant. Polesden Lacey is only a 30-min walk from the house and the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunity for long nice walks. Nice spot for visiting this part of England.

We had a wonderful stay at Penny and Keith’s place. Penny put me and my young daughter immediately at ease and was just so welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and homely and we both slept very well. Breakfast was much appreciated. The neighbourhood itself is peaceful but with easy access to central London and had the added benefit of free street parking right near the house which is handy if arriving by car. We’d definitely like to come back.
