This chalet is 6x4 inside and equipped with kitchen (with microwave oven and refrigerator), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bed (1.4 cm x 200 cm with a step) and plenty of storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be included in the living space. You are really on the (swimming) water of the clean lake. By public transportation at the doorstep, you will be directly at the Arena/Ziggodome in 20 minutes and in 40 minutes to Amsterdam or Utrecht city center. Schiphol is 45 minutes by public transportation, 20 minutes by car. Outside the door is the river Angstel and the Vinkeveense lakes.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Guesthouse on estate on the Vecht

Stay in the former eighteenth-century summer house of the Bouwerij on the Ridderhofstad Gunterstein estate on the Vecht in Breukelen. The summer cottage is located on the grounds of a small-scale organic dairy farm, a farm with 70 hectares of land adjacent to the Loosdrechtse lakes, where our cows, mostly ancient Dutch leaf heads, graze in an ancient park-like cultural landscape.
