A friend & I stayed a single night in this beautiful house/apartment, while on a cycling tour, & it was a wonderful surprise. Loved the whole place, the layout over several levels, decor & views of the beach & seascape from the lounge & main bedroom, as well as the well-appointed kitchen. It was all very relaxed & homely while clean & unfussy. Everything we needed was walkable in a few minutes. Deborah was quick to respond with really clear instructions & provided contact details for any further follow up. If I ever need a place to stay in the area this will be my first look up.

Julie is an ideal host, very friendly and responsive. The static caravan is very well equipped with a kitchen, 2 toilets, one with shower, and a sizeable lounge /dining area. Would book again. David Maxwell

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We spent a few days here and were all blown away by the space! It’s modern and interesting and perfectly curated for a relaxing stay. The outside area is a haven and the hot tub, a wonderful bonus. Ben was an exceptionally friendly host and made us feel welcome in the space, giving us recommendations and if we bumped into him, he always asked how we were - it made the experience even better. It is by far the best Air BnB I have stayed in!

Excellent family home in a quiet village near Dover. A great place to explore and good homebase for exploration. Claire's place was just as advertised and worked out very well for my family. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

The accommodation was great, clean, spacious and comfortable. Little extras like dressing gowns and slippers and a welcome cake and Prosecco. Great location, less than minute walk to the Pig, lots within at 15 min drive! We had a great stay, thank you.

Flat is fabulous, great location, we found it and got in with no trouble. The view is one of the best we have had!! The flat is spacious and very comfortable, great shower, and bath!! All in all a wonderful week away in a lovely home from home .

Sue was terrific. She could not have been more accommodating when our party of 3 became 4 (to include a young grandson) and she provided us with cereals and goodies for him and a bed guard rail. Her lovely apartment is beautiful, light, airy and comfortably furnished with excellent quality appliances and fixtures/fittings. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

Lovely couple of days in Sandgate- the apartment is perfect. The roof terrace huge and a complete sun trap. The flat is so well equipped and especially loved the telescope upstairs which we used to look at the strawberry moon! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting some rest and relaxation by the sea.
