Our house is lovingly and modernly furnished. The garden is spacious with a beautiful fire pit and swing and trampoline for the little ones. A new gas grill and lounge furniture are available on the covered patio area. The highlight is the large whirlpool on the covered terrace. One bedroom is already equipped with an orthopedic sleeping system based on a box spring bed and from around March 1st we will be offering an orthopedic WATERBED as an additional highlight for our guests suffering from back pain. The holiday home right by the lake offers relaxation for up to 4 people. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen with a seating area, the bathroom with a shower and toilet, and the living area with a large dining table and a sofa set. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, on the upper floor. The garden and the partially covered terrace invite you to relax or have a barbecue. Highlights: air-to-air heat pump for heating and cooling, PV system, gas barbecue, Wallbox and garage with automatic roller door.

Relax with family or friends in this cozy space. With barbecue and fire bar, you can make yourself comfortable outside. In winter, the fireplace provides cozy hours. Or you can explore the area. The beautiful Lüneburg (10 km), Hamburg (40 km) and the Lüneburg Heath (15 km) can be reached quickly. Fresh rolls are available at the bakery around the corner. The idyllic forest bath is 10 minutes away. Ideal for girls' groups: "Bake macarons with me" 6 participants, 4 hours, €60 each.

AUSZEITHAUS with sauna and infrared cabin

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Studio with private entrance

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with a fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. The garden is NOT dog-proof!! In the neighborhood, there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. One dog costs a five-euro cleaning fee. There is no smoking indoors

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space between Hamburg and Lüneburg. Completely renovated in 2021, the apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail in the country house style. Numerous interesting destinations in the near and far surroundings are the ideal starting point for a relaxing stay on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath! The city of Lüneburg is about 20 km away and Hamburg is about 40 km away. The Luhmühlen tournament square is about 7 km away.

In our cozy and at the same time very upscale tiny house/construction trailer, you can switch off and enjoy your break! The 2025 newly built caravan has a living/sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small fireplace invites you to cozy hours in any weather, while you let the view wander into the distance through the panoramic window.
