The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

From our apartment, you are at the water within minutes. 10 minutes' drive to Lake Timmeler or approx. 40 minutes to the North Sea.  For shopping trips and sightseeing, it is 15 minutes to the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). There are two bedrooms for 2 people each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.  You can also enjoy your vacation in the spacious garden.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region!
