Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Die Wohnung bietet ein bequemes Boxspringbett für 2 Personen und eine hochwertige Schlafcouch für 2 weitere Personen. Sobald das Wetter es zulässt, gibt es vor der Wohnung eine Sitzgelegenheit. Wer arbeiten möchte, hat mit einem Glasfaseranschluss gute Vorraussetzungen. Direkt nebenan in der grünen Ferienwohnung ist ebenfalls Platz für 2-4 Personen.

Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

The European long-distance hiking trail E10 can be reached in just a 5-minute walk. Linum (cranes) is only 9 km away. In 15 minutes by car you can reach the nearest train station and then reach Berlin within 20 minutes.
