The apartment (68 square meters) is located on the outskirts of Oldenburg and has a sauna (coin machine), modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, Blu-ray player. It is located on the upper floor of a detached house and can be reached via the external staircase (private access). The washing machine is in the private bathroom. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.
