Herbert’s place was a fantastic spot to stay! One of the best short term rentals I have ever stayed at. Herbert is a great host who was very proactive about getting us all the information we needed to know!

This house was such a find, it is beautiful and perfect for our large family. There is so much room and so much to do. Jennie was always very responsive and helpful from the time we booked the house until we left. Would definitely use this house again!

Absolutely amazing! The house is exactly as described and pictured and Nyccole is an outstanding host. I saw maybe 10 ants coming from the back porch after it rained and she personally showed up to fix the issue! Anytime we talked to her or had questions, she never responded in an irritated manner, always happy and willing to help. She even asked our opinions about future home remodel ideas! We loved the house and having an amazing and exceptionally friendly host made it all the better! Thank you Nyccole for giving us peace of mind during our family vacation!

Simply outstanding stay, clean home, close to everything, nice neighborhood, will definitely stay again. The host was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had and was professional in nature. The location is perfectly situated near restaurants and amenities that one would need during their stay. Would highly recommend!

This is a really nice place and she maintains it really well, it is as describes and Beth is a amazing host that responds in a reasonable time frame and is very friendly and accommodating.

We had great stay at Jerry and Winnie’s - the neighborhood was quiet and close to everything, the house was cozy, beds were so comfortable. I had to work remote during our stay, so the desk and office chair were clutch. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and highly recommend it. Quick walk to George’s for amazing fine dining, nice longer walk to Larcher’s for coffee and breakfast. Beautiful houses in the college hill neighborhoods to explore. Thanks for a great stay!!

The house was great. Remodeled kitchens and bathrooms with traditional old house charm. Lots of room, plenty of seating. We came to town and hosted several family get togethers, had a nice bbq, a birthday party, etc. it was private and the pool and hot tub combo was a hit. Great restaurants next door at Clifton Square. Close to free bus system for access all over. Would like to stay again.

The house was clean and comfortable. A relaxing and quiet refuge at the end of the day. The coffee shop a couple of blocks away was a treat.

Very cute and peaceful place. Roger gave us a quick tour and explained how to use the grills and even feed the deer and fish! In a neighborhood but as soon as you stepped in the backyard, it felt like you were in your own little world! Pool was very nice. Roger was having a leak fixed prior to us arriving and because it wasn’t available until the day after we checked in, he offered extra space for us at no cost. He then had the pool ready for us the next day and even had some pool floats waiting on us. Left us s’more supplies and clear instructions on use. Roger was always very quick to respond and very friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This property was exactly what I had been looking for we needed four bedrooms. All four bedrooms were lovely with king beds. The location was exactly where I requested. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet quiet with lots of beautiful holiday decorations! I will absolutely consider staying at this home again!

James was very attentive to our needs that arose during our stay. It's a lovely luxurious place with loads of amenities.

Absolutely perfect weekend getaway came into town to visit friends and attend a concert . This was a perfect place to visit peacefully with friends and also very comfortable for husband and I to sleep . Everything was exactly as outlined in ad and the place was comfy and cozy , we look forward to our next planned stay in Wichita .

This was our second time staying here from out of town—very convenient location to family in the area, spacious home that was accommodating to our big family and was very clean! Tod and Thuy were so generous and responsive throughout our stay. Thanks again!!

Catherine's place was the perfect place for our visit to see family in Wichita. Beautiful decor, clean and more spacious even than the photos indicate. We had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great shower. The floors squeak like an older home tends to, so if you have a light sleeper a white noise machine might be a good thing to have. It was no issue at all for us. School playground a 1 block walk away.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was exactly what my friend and I needed! I looked at the reviews prior to booking and saw that the surrounding area looks a little.. sketchy.. and I guess I can sort of understand where they were coming from but it's just a train track, midwest stuff. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, quiet. There was a designated spot to park in the back of the house which is super helpful if you're not comfortable with parking on the street. The check in was easy as well, I've been at an airbnb where I couldn't even find the lockbox. When we arrived, everything was nice and tidy. The shower had a couple of hairs still left in it but a simple rinse was all it took! No complaints from me! Jessica was quick to respond to my messages and super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had every amenity we could have hoped for. The decor was tasteful and created such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every piece of furniture seemed carefully chosen, from the cozy bedroom setup to the functional yet beautiful living spaces. Me an my family of three absolutely loved the cabin it had an amazing bed with the most beautiful view of a pond right off of the deck. The amount of animals we got to see in an around the pound was so cool for my son to see he spent a lot of time on the porch. Our host was so fast to answer everytime no matter the time. She gave us fun places to eat and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Saguaro Soiree! The home was exactly as described; very clean, peaceful, and convenient to Wichita destinations. One of my favorite Airbnb stays. Highly recommend Cassandra's charming home and she is a fantastic host!
