Cute little space, full of light, with a super comfortable bed, great shower and good kitchen. The garden is gorgeous, the hot tub was nice. We felt welcome and at ease. Our hosts thought of many details before we asked. Near Culver City with lots of great restaurants, close to everything. It's LA, so you need a car. Thanks for a great weekend.

Cute and well maintained house just outside of downtown Long Beach. We came into town for a conference and Josh & Cecilia’s home was a perfect place to set up for the week. Comfortable and clean, great communication and all amenities needed for the brief stay. Chef’s kitchen was top notch! Highly recommended.

This was our 2nd stay in a couple weeks due to the fires and it was so nice to be back as we feel at home in this cozy cottage. Everything we could need in a beautiful, zen environment. Love the neighborhood, my husband and I felt safe walking later every evening. Wonderful town in walking distance with a great selection of amazing restaurants. Gillan is special host. She’s been so helpful to us during displacement from the Eaton fire. Thank you again for your hospitality!

The house was exactly as shown in the photos and was located in a nice quiet dead-end Cul-de-sac with an easy to find location. The location was perfect and centrally located to everywhere were we wanted to be. Disneyland was not on our list, but it was literally a couple miles right down the street. Loved the open Ranch setting and the Kitchen layout was perfect for cooking and entertaining. The back yard with the pool and fire pit was a nice place to hang out in the California weather. Although we didn't use the pool on our early March trip it was clean and looked very inviting. The pool is heated but at an additional cost and we were there for other reasons, so we never took advantage of it this trip. The water pressure was great, the house and bathrooms were nice and clean. They Hosts were great and very responsive, really easy to communicate with and they accommodated our special requests. Honestly our only complaint was the beds were too soft for us. We would book here again.

This is our second time staying at Jenny’s place for the holidays. She is a gracious host and let us have our extended family over for dinners and visits. The place is very clean and just as described. It has everything you need for your stay. It looks just like the pictures and there is plenty of street parking. Jenny is a very responsive host and will answer all your questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this place. I will stay here again when we visit the LA area.

We stayed here for a three day weekend in LA. The place looks just like the photos very spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you could need. Our only issue was the washer and dryer set definitely should get updated but got the job done. The hosts were very responsive as well.

Autumn’s house is very beautiful and elegant, in a serene environment and exactly as listed. Has all the instructions needed for ease of access. Autumn is very responsive, she communicated well with us before, during and after our stay and answered all our questions on time. She checked on us to make sure we felt at home. I can’t say enough about how beautiful this place was! We had all kinds of plans for the Saturday night we stayed, but once we saw the place we decided to get groceries and stay in and cook in the magical outdoor kitchen and bathe in the tub under the stars! It was the most needed relaxation that I didn’t know I needed. It’s quite an incline walk to get to but it’s so worth it! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back. Ethan was very responsive and respectful of our privacy. 10/10

Can’t recommend this stay highly enough. Oliver was a great host: kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and is on a quiet neighborhood block. Also near to a big park with tennis courts and basketball courts. Beds were very comfy and kitchen had simple but adequate cooking supplies. The backyard is private and a great place to relax, grill out and relax. Private parking too. It’s a perfect place to stay!

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

This rental was in a nice neighborhood where I had no safety issues and the road noise is not even a thing there. It is just as described. Perfect for my 2 daughters and I. Loved having personal washer/dryer access. The only downside is you can hear what every other tenant is doing (walking, vacuuming, playing with kids etc). Nice place at a great price. Trash was right by parking…so, very convenient. Also the fact you are promised off road parking is a huge plus. Would visit again.

The home is in a great location - literally minutes from the beach and a five minute walk to a Main Street (2nd Ave) that has lots of cafes, restaurants etc. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond when we forgot an important item at the AirBnb during check out. If you have a toddler, there is a great sand play area, library and playground all in a 15 minute radius of the home. Having a bit of outdoor space was welcome too! The home itself is well equipped and clean. Thank you for a great stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better set-up for our family get-away. We each had our own room with privacy and own bathroom. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with the high-end appliances and available cookware. Easily walkable to everything you could want on a beach vacation. I highly recommend Nazita and her beautiful home!
