Levy's place was definitely what I was looking for when I planned to stay in Orange. The add-on of the heated pool was amazing for those cold nights when you still want to go for a swim. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and ready to go. The additional games in the backyard definitely kept us entertained in between our weekend events. Levy was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had and she accommodated us with a generous late check-out. If I'm ever visiting the area again and Im in need of a place to stay like Levy's, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We had a great time at Shayla's. It has all the amenities we needed. Pool isn't heated but that didn't stop our kids from jumping in. Would stay here again if come back down this way.

Great location. Easy to access. Close to Disney and to Little Saigon - lots of good food in the area. Spa was very nice to use at the end of the day. Kitchen has all the necessary amenities. 4 bedrooms were nice for parents, 3 kids and grandparents. Certainly would recommend this stay.

We had an enjoyable stay while visiting the area and family. The location was perfect and also walkable to coffee, stores, restaurants and even a gym. The house is open and has several places in the home where we could gather.

Princess and Alice were amazing hosts! Their home felt like home. Truly thought of everything for their guests. They even had drinks and coffee available to us as soon as we arrived. They were very accommodating, friendly and answered promptly with any questions we had. If you ever get the opportunity to stay here, you will not regret it. We had a great two week stay. First of all, Karen was an amazing host. We had questions throughout the trip and her responses were as prompt as you could ask for, and always generous. The neighborhood is great and the driveway was perfect for our rental car. The house was nice, had everything we needed. We didn’t end up paying for heating of the pool or jacuzzi (which was didn’t realize was an extra expense) but that would’ve been a great asset as well.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

check in was super easy with security. the paeking was really close and easy to navigate. very private and nice inside the apartment. the pool and hot were fun at 10pm on a Saturday night. felt at home. the app for to lock/unlock the front door was super convenient, now my wife wants one for our house.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Came to Downtown LA for a conference and location was a great location walkable to the LA Convention Center and to surrounding areas. Parking was very helpful as we rented a car to explore areas outside of Downtown LA. The building is in the theatre district and was walkable to most of Downtown LA while being a few minutes drive to more tourist attraction locations. There is also public transport (bus) across the street from the apartment as well but we opted for a rental car to explore outside Downtown. There is 24 hour doorman assistance to get into the building but check-in, entering, and leaving is pretty easy. The apartment itself is nice and quiet with an artistic flair which was a nice touch. All amenities listed were useful and utilized minus the rooftop pool which I heard is one of the highlights; however, with my schedule, we were not able to use. Highly recommended listing for its location and convenience when needing to stay in Downtown LA.

The place is beautiful and big. Would definitely stay here again. I would like to see a BBQ in the back yard to go with the pool. Also if we are paying over $2500 for 5 nights I felt a little put off for the additional $50 for the hot tub be turned on. Also I didn’t see anywhere before booking that there would be an additional charge for using the hot tub. Other than that it was great.

This was my second stay at this beautiful oasis, and I will be back. The location is ideal—nestled in a charming neighborhood, yet just a short walk or drive to Ventura Blvd. I enjoy driving through the scenic canyon roads into the L.A. basin, then retreating back to the peacefulness of Studio City. The guesthouse, pool, and yard are absolutely stunning, and Natalie is the most generous host. You can feel her passion for caring for others in every thoughtful detail. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, this one is by far my favorite. Thank you, Natalie, for sharing this special place!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, the backyard space was beautiful and felt like a boutique resort, the home was clean and comfy. We would stay here again!

We appreciated the attention to detail and all the amenities around the home. We had everything we needed for our large group to stay the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basics for tools and utensils. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicated everything very clearly. We would highly recommend anyone to stay the next time they are in Orange.

My daughter and I stayed for a week and fell in love with this sweet Airbnb. It was hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. I liked the furnishings and the primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We only used one of the bedrooms. We swam in the pool every day and did craft projects on the back deck. It’s very close to The Grove so we went there a couple times as well. This is a great spot, highly recommend this house.

This place was very welcoming and big. It’s well stocked with everything you need for cooking. It has a big selection of tea and fresh coffee beans were very good. The heated swimming pool was a great addition. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. It very close to a grocery store. I will stay here again. Lisa

this is a lovely, spacious well stocked and supplied home that is well located if you are visiting Pasadena or Los Angeles. lots to do at the house and well located to get to other places in the area.
