The property would seem like lacking of privacy at first knowing that the owners live downstairs, but it was not at all like that. They were friendly people and very sensitive of our needs. They are generous enough to stock the fridge with snacks and drinks and would even ask, on a regular basis, if we need any refills. Thank you and have a more prosperous 2025!

Me and my girlfriend visited LA for a quick weekend trip and this Airbnb was perfect! It has a great view in the morning. It was centrally located for the things we wanted to do and has street parking if you rent a car. Semih was super responsive and even gave some recommendations for nearby things to do and eat. I would definitely recommend for the price. My only "complaint" is that there are some birds that would be very chirpy in the morning. Luckily we wake up early so it wasn't a problem, but if you're up late expect to be woken up by then singing their hearts out! 😅

Another fantastic stay at Katy’s Place! This home continues to be the perfect getaway—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The attention to detail and cozy atmosphere make it feel like a home away from home. Katy is a wonderful host, always responsive and ensuring a smooth stay. The location is ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. I can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to returning again!

Clean place. Didn’t realize it was attached to a larger house. Not clear in the description. Luckily it was still quite private so that was nice. Very clean. Felt right at home. I was a little unsettled when I found that people were coming into the gated private area while we were staying there. Someone came to get the trash cans and the landscaper was also in the private gated yard and also blocked us in the driveway. While I understand the needs of these services a heads up would have been nice. Just unexpected. Other than that it was great and very close to the Disneyland resort.

I spent a week with my teenage son at Steve and Kathy’s studio. The place is exactly as described. Hosts were very proactive in reaching out to ensure that we had everything we needed, and even made suggestions to make our stay a little easier. For example, the studio only has a kitchenette, with a microwave and fridge, but no dishwasher. Yet they made arrangements to run the dishes through their dishwasher should the need arose. We loved the private space, and charming hosts. Would definitely stay again!

I came to Newport beach for a conference, and Jeff's place was fantastic! Check in was super easy, the space was as advertised, it was plenty big, the wifi was strong, and the bed was comfortable. The real star of the show was Jeff himself - when I had specific requests, he was always able to make them work. He's a great human being, a great host, and when I'm back in the area, I'd absolutely stay with him again

Stayed for a week at Charles’s place with my significant other. It was very easy to check in and nice weather with scenery. Very peaceful neighborhood and Charles was very friendly!! He let us look through his binoculars when the Red Blood moon was out. A nice place with working microwave and fridge. Had a bunch of necessities like tooth brush, trash bags, napkins, and more!! Thank you Charles.

This was our second stay with Lee. The accommodations are just right - simple, elegant and the bed is wonderful.

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it. The place is clean, private, and close to places we frequent. It is small but for two people it was fine. It is two units connected, so if you have guests next door that speak loud, you will hear everything. Overall, we would stay again.

Quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Super clear and guided instructions for check in/out. Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed my stay! Highly recommend if you are looking for something quiet, not too far from any major tourist destinations/attractions.

This was my second stay at Bo’s place. Check in and communication with him was great. It’s on a beautiful street in a nice neighborhood. My daughter and her family live in the same neighborhood and this is a great place for me to come and stay while I visit. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to be in the area and you’re close to the beach… Just about 2 miles away. His kitchen is well stocked, and he has treats and water for the guests. I’m sure I will be back again.

Rachel and John were super welcoming and provided enough space, privacy, and even went the extra mile by providing local guides, and also inviting us to enjoy of the extra amenities and natural features at their home. It felt like being at our own home. Communication and responses were always prompt and clear. They even accomodated and provided an extra portable foam mattress for me, since my teenage daughter sleeps pretty crazy all night, and will not share a bed anyway (emphasis on "teenager" 😅). Closed-in parking a super plus! Their side of town has so much history and museums to visit, a pier, a calm beach, Santa Catalina Island overview (and planned/paid trips there, via boat) Marinas, free Aquarium, and restaurants at walking distance (about 20 minutes in any direction). L.A. is within 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic (Hollywood, Santa Monica, popular attractions, etc.). I loved the historical and peaceful San Pedro. So quiet. Calm. Walkable. Thank you! Will visit again!

Great value, exactly as pictured. For any movie lovers this TV set-up is sweet! You can swivel the tv between the very comfy sofa and the bed. It’s the ultimate setup. I only wish I was there when it wasn’t raining so I could have enjoyed the lovely little private deck area. Guess I have to return!

Denisse’s guest house was bigger than expected and very comfortable for our family (3 adults, 4 kids, and an infant). The rooms were huge with 2 queen beds and televisions. One of the rooms even had a small living area with a couch which was great for the kids to watch a movie before bed. The guest provided Disney plus, hulu and more. The area was very safe and clean, I can honestly say we were very comfortable with our nieces playing in the driveway which was gated. We accidentally left the gate open once after an exhausting day and the host was polite and understanding. No one approached the property even when we left the gate open accidentally which spoke greatly of the neighborhood. There were other airbnb guest in other units and they were also polite and respectful. I highly recommend this guest house and property yet I can’t say enough good things about it. Denisse was also very kind, supportive, and responsive at any time.

I worked pretty much the entire time, and it was perfect for that. Headphones on, able to focus and be productive. Great view, slept well, got lots of work done!

Great stay, host was very responsive. For example, we needed a new water boiler, so I requested one from the host. The host responded immediately and provided a new boiler the next day. This unit is the second floor of a two-story house that has been retrofitted for multiple Airbnb units, so apart from the two bedrooms, the primary living space is the attic space. I used primarily used the Airbnb as my “base” to sleep and was out during the day, so it fit my purpose perfectly. One warning - during my stay, I parked my car on the residential road, but overnight my car was hit and the driver ran without leaving any information. Unfortunately there were no cameras that could catch the driver. So I would recommend parking your car on the main street, maybe drivers are more careful there.

Great place! Cute furniture, private entrance, assigned parking, working kitchen, hosts were attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. Liquor store, fruit stand and food within walking distance and close to the freeway. Would definitely stay again! My family and I felt right at home.

Our host was very responsive to any requests we made. The apartment was nicely appointed and extremely quiet at night. We would hope to stay again in the future

Wonderful space and very easy to function in. Had the windows open the whole time and never used heat or A/C! Quick walk to the beach and to the cutest downtown! Perfect location. Very quiet and peaceful. We hated to leave!!

Brian was very accommodating and had great communication. We went to a wedding at York Manor and the location was walkable and close to bars, restaurants and boutiques. We would happily stay again if we are in the area.
