Newly converted barn. Outstanding views , the best in Exmoor we think! Especially from the bedroom and all rooms. Exmoor is an International Dark-Sky Reserve (IDR). Completely private. There is no public access to farm . 2 washrooms (inducing master bedroom ensuite) On a full access to roam 116 acre beautiful farm directly bordering The Exmoor National Park. Situated at foot of beauty spot Dunkery Beacon & 15 minutes from coast. Farmhouse nearby may be occupied by owners plus their family.

Vist the beautiful coastline & peaceful countryside of Somerset with lots to do in the area for all ages. Sun bathe & star gaze from our large south facing patio! Our house is detached, well equipped, spacious & south facing with walks & off road cycling from the doorstep, fab views. We have 4 doubles, 1 single, lovely beaches nearby, large garden, patio BBQ & fire pit, dogs are free. I may be able to be flexible on dates & numbers do message me. Home made scones & a bottle of fizzy welcome you!

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
