Holiday rentals with beach access in Whangamatā

Alec and Anna were exceptionally gracious hosts and provided much insight to the area and things to do. They treated me like family. My experience was amazing in every way.

Great place to stay, very quiet and private. excellent hosts who would do anything for you to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Will be coming back for sure.

We had a great time staying at Mount Handy Dandy. Diane was very kind and welcoming, and we enjoyed our visit. The location was perfect to visit the Main Street and the mount and beach.

Perfect get away unit near all the best spots in the Mount! Right near the main strip and walkable to the shops and restaurants. Close to the beach and on a nice private street.

We have been here before and we will always come back. This air B&B is like our second home and we feel like we belong here

Gorgeous long weekend in Whangamata over Easter! We got all the weather and the apartment was so nice throughout. So close to all the best spots which was so handy with our baby.

Beautiful surf bach, prime location, well appointed and cozy! Would love to come back here as a family. My daughter loved the playhouse outside and our dog enjoyed being so close to the beach! Highly recommend

It was a good fit for our whole family, including our small dog. The location was a highlight, with the beach just a short walk away. The living area was cosy and worked really well for relaxing and watching movies on the rainy days.

Thank you Sue for a lovely stay! We stayed at Sue’s house for a week with our young family - the house was very child friendly and fully fenced back yard which was great for the kids to play and run around. Location great, beach access next door, plenty of off street parking, the house had everything we could need! Covered outdoor area which was perfect with the rain, we could still sit outside. Laundry included a washing machine - no dryer but portable clothesline. Really clean and tidy 👍🏻 great value, we would absolutely stay again and recommend.

Great place for two couples to stay and even families with he excellent layout. So close to the beach too. Loved the spa pool and all the amenities. We had a great stay. The hosts were great in communication and had a great check in and out times.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

So clean and tidy on arrival. The beds were so comfy and we slept so well. The location was amazing - a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Would definitely return here!
