Two large bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area in addition to a deck and bbq set up for al fresco dining. Off street parking is under the deck. Freeview and WiFi available. Ideal for couples or small groups. Sleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to the tuis. The owners live downstairs. No pets or children under 12.

Waihi Beach House Studio Unit

Self contained, fully carpeted studio unit. Very private. Not suitable for children or mobile infants. Waihi Beach is a short walk away from the studio unit. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby in the village all walking distance if required. During the winter season however some of the cafes and restaurants do close mid week. Please let me know if you require anything. There are two small dogs on the property but are contained in a seperate area from the studio unit.

Whiritoa is 15mins from Waihi and 10mins from Whangamata. Off street parking in front of the unit including space for a boat. A stunning place for you and your family to relax and enjoy as we do.

"The Old Church" Boutique Accommodation

Our wonderful home is a converted Catholic Church, built in 1954 which we were lucky enough to buy in 1996. It offers a unique and special stay, full of character with a peaceful atmosphere. A great place to spend time relaxing or exploring the beautiful area we live in. To add to this, Café 77 is situated right across the road in what was once the old derelict Manawaru Dairy Factory. They are open from 8 am to 3 pm daily and we can highly recommend!
