Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

With an outdoor swimming pool, directly on the heath and forest and within cycling distance of the Heerderstrand. There are five bicycles available. A lovely place.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).
