This room was 2 rooms and a corridor - However, we knocked the rooms through to a super large room. Perfect for big families as all in one room. No need to divide the family into 2 rooms. Room 5 is on the 1st floor with a beautiful kitchen next door. This is a shared guest kitchen. We often find that mainly families use this space. You have all in the cupboards to make a meal or bring your own food and heat up. That's the family fed. We are just a 4 minute walk to the beach and town.

Located in the heart of the Purbecks between Corfe Castle and Swanage, we offer some of the most beautiful views in Dorset. Bedrooms surround two beautiful courtyards with complimentary parking. Each en suite bedroom is unique and features stone walls and exposed beams. This large room named after the famous novel "The French Lieutenant's Woman", by local author John Fowles, has a southerly view over the garden and countryside to the front of the hotel. The room contains a feature fireplace and a super king size nickel And So To Bed Dickens bed and mattress. A stunning feature is the copper double header William Holland bath set on a plinth in the room's large bay window. In addition the en suite has a walk in shower.

At Hills Farm Stays, we have two Country King rooms, Hawkchurch and Seaton. Hawkchurch is located on our first floor and is accessible through external outdoor steps. Seaton is situated on the ground floor and has access to a small outdoor garden and patio area. These rooms both contain a king bed, using Egyptian cotton linen and an en-suite shower room.
