We were at the accommodation for a weekend and were super satisfied. It was like a mini holiday. We were greeted personally with our dog and were allowed to share the beautifully landscaped garden. The apartment was very cool, which was a blessing at 30 degrees. Thanks for a great stay

Adrian was helpful and friendly. The apartment is recommended for short stays, especially if you are looking for accommodation near the sports school. It has everything you need.

The apartment is very clean. Nothing is missing, e.g. in the kitchen. Whatever you need for cooking, frying, baking, is there. Towels are also abundant in the bathroom and kitchen. The bed is super comfortable, the stay on the balcony with afternoon sun a pleasure. On foot, you are directly in the countryside, e.g. on the way through the forest to the Botanical Garden of the University of Bochum or to the surrounding fields. You can look into the trees from every window. It was also important to me the opportunity to charge my electric car and that worked out great. Heinz supported me in every way. You can tell that it's important to Heinz and Sigrid to make guests feel comfortable, and I definitely did. I'd love to come back again. - A real feel-good place in the Ruhr area!

Hello everyone who is reading this. A quiet and very cozy apartment. Everything was clean and very cozy. Communication with the host also went well. One thing, personally, I'm used to sleeping on big beds, and it turned out to be a little small for me, but you quickly get used to it. And if you intend to leave early in the morning on weekends by public transport, plan it in advance. Because buses run very rarely. And in general, there were only positive emotions. Oh, yes, I was also pleased with the minibar. Which was a great savior in hot weather. I recommend everyone to stay here ☺️

Very nice place for an unexpected stop. Great, fast communication and beautiful surroundings. Outside the center, but wonderful nature, and great to walk if you want to go to the center. space is very private and luxurious. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The cottage is surrounded by greenery and yet is very well connected to the city by bus. We felt very comfortable. Everything was super clean, very well maintained and lovingly furnished. Our daughter particularly liked the table football in the living room. Jens greeted us right upon arrival and gave us valuable tips for restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this place!

We felt very comfortable in Kaya's small house and also enjoyed sitting a little in the quiet garden in the evening.

Tiny house with everything you need. The kitchen utensils in particular were great (new and high quality). The washing machine (with integrated dryer) was great. For more than a few days, the house would be too small and not private enough for us. The location of the terrace on the (very quiet) street, without greenery and opposite the landlords, was not so attractive. It can get very warm under the roof in summer.

We wanted a last-minute overnight stay. We booked and received confirmation a few hours later. Communication was also great and the place was completely adequate for our needs. If we are back and need a place to stay, we will gladly stay with Jaqueline again.

I absolutely loved to stay here. It was very cozy and just a great place to crash after an eventful day. We did have a lil trouble with the internet on the second day but Julia helped us fix it, even though she was on vacation on her own. She was an absolutely lovely host and I would definitely love to visit again. <3

A spacious and very well-equipped apartment with a great view of the Biggesee. The very beautiful surroundings invite you to various outdoor activities, and new views of the lake and the landscape can always be discovered. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful in her communication. An absolute recommendation for a little break!

The three of us stayed at Corinna's place for three days. Even before that, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment, in which everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

As in the past, I had a really nice time with Birgit. The apartment was very conveniently located for my training and beautifully quiet in a rear building with great amenities and very well maintained and lovingly decorated. Birgit was a very likeable, friendly hostess, who was always concerned about my well-being and was easily accessible. If I have another training in Wanne-Eickel, I will be happy to come back. I felt very much at home.

During my stay everything worked out. I would choose the place again at any time.
