Our country cottage has been completely renovated into a beautiful and stylish home. It is situated in an idyllic setting overlooking a stream in the North Yorkshire countryside, 4 miles from the small market town of Malton. This is an extremely peaceful place, entirely surrounded by fields. The cottage is semi-detached with a quiet neighbour. The cottage accommodates 4 adults, a child and a baby, in 3 upstairs bedrooms: 1 (king) double, 1 with two singles, 1 with smaller bed and travel cot.

You’ll be 7 minutes away from artisanal food producers in the market town of Malton (known as Yorkshire's Food Capital) and ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds (2 miles), Howardian Hills (10 miles), York (17 miles) & Beaches (27 miles).

A perfect base for biking , walking or visiting Castle Howard, the North Yorkshire moors , East coast or York.

With wide grass verges, honey coloured stone houses and a traditional country pub just up the road, Coxwold is one of the prettiest villages in North Yorkshire. York, Harrogate, Helmsley and Malton are close by, the North York Moors, Yorkshire Dales and east coast all within easy reach. Newburgh Priory is just up the road and Michelin starred Black Swan at Oldstead a short drive away.

Beautifully renovated 300 year old Mill House, cosy cottage feel on our working farm on the edge of the Wolds. A perfect cottage for two, tasteful and spacious bedroom with on suite bathroom. Snug living and dinning area with warm log effect stove, original exposed beams and all the facilities. Easy access to York, North York Moors, National Park and coast. A short drive from many wonderful attractions and activities. We are unable to take short breaks in July and August .

The grade 2 listed 'Charlotte Cottage' is the first in the run of former servants cottages. This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics. With 3 bedrooms (one of which is downstairs) and 3 full bathrooms it is a spacious home which is ideal for a family get together or for friends meeting up. The dining kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook and eat at home if you wish. The pool table is always a great hit with our guests and many a pool tournament has been played.
