The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

Situated at the end of a quiet lane, you're just minutes way from scenic canalside walks with a traditional village pub only a 15 minute stroll away. The perfect location for adventure or relaxation. With quick access to Derby, Nottingham, and the Peak District, you’re close to family favourites like Calke Abbey, Alton Towers, and Twycross Zoo. Donington Park is just a short 15-minute drive away.

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Non private parking is available street side & in various local free carparks. Please DM with queries and we would be pleased to help.

Well equipped lodge in private grounds at Breedon on the Hill. Super cosy and insulated for winter breaks. Great walks, riding if you bring your horse, or for some peace, quiet and self isolation. You will be comfortable in our house, full of character. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, and one single (further beds on discussion with host); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

This glamping pod is situated in a fruit orchard surrounded by green fields on the outskirts of Melbourne derbyshire. Melbourne is a beautiful Georgian market town bordering the new forest and a short drive away from the peak district and the derbyshire dales. The town offers its boutique style shops, many pubs, bars and restaurants. A must see is Melbourne hall, historic house and gardens with a stroll around mill pool. Local to East Midlands Airport and Donnington race circuit.
