Fantastic place to stay. Close to goodwood where we were going to a show. Walking distance to a harvester, aldi, homebargins, halford, the range and the foodware house. A lovely little park just round the conner. Peacefull and had everything we need for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Katie was responsive and answered all questions. The leaflets in the property mentioned ‘The Gribble’ as a great place to go but was shut due to a fire back in March 2025. There was no mention of anywhere else to eat locally so this made it difficult to have a dinner out as no where would deliver. Overall, we had a lovely time and enjoyed day trips out in the area.

Exceeded expectations. I was expecting a small place but it was not! Very comfortable and some nice treats on arrival that were most appreicated. Its a quiet suburban area, a good base for exploring Arundel etc.

Elm Cottage, was a brilliant find and we will be back. Great place to stay, great host. Very welcoming and also received a basket of essentials including bread and biscuits with milk, butter and jam in the fridge. Tea, coffee, sugar all there. Literally walk in and a cup of tea. Perfect all round. Very pleasant stay and local to Goodwood and Chichester.
