We loved staying here. The questions were answered and resolved quickly and easily. Host was always reachable. The location for our stay was perfect. A big plus is the private parking space, in a city like Cologne not self-evident.

The apartment is very cozy and the landlords are super nice and friendly. The place was booked for my colleagues and they are very satisfied with it. Everything is clean and the apartment is suitable for both a family vacation and a business trip. We would highly recommend the place.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, good location. Easy check-in. Super equipped kitchen, with spices. Coffee, coffee milk, wine, apple juice and sweets were provided. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. A big plus for our kids was the garden with sandpit and trampoline and the many toys provided by Eve. Also otherwise there was everything you needed, we didn't miss anything. Shopping and bakeries were also within walking distance. We highly recommend Eve's place.

From the beginning, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome here. The apartment is not only clean, modern and very well equipped, but also furnished with so much attention to detail that we immediately felt like we were arriving in a real home. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, the bed is super comfortable, and the cozy atmosphere always welcomed us after long days. Rani and Steffen were extremely accommodating, helpful and quick to reach throughout our stay – whether for small questions or support. The location of the apartment is also ideal: quiet, but still well connected, with shopping, cafés and public transport in the immediate vicinity. We will miss the apartment very much! Thank you!!

We were guests for the second time and felt comfortable again right away. The apartment is centrally located, in the middle of the old town, just a few minutes' walk from Marketplace removed. It is spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a family meal. We will be happy to come back!

We very much enjoyed the stay at / with Holger. The historic building has many stories to tell. The apartment is antique, but modernly furnished. Interesting art adorns the walls. There are restaurants, wine bars and shops nearby. The nearby railway line is not a problem. The house is very quiet. The courtyard is a great place to linger. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had a great stay. The area is beautiful and perfect for an active but relaxing weekend. Based on Eduard’s recommendations we did a great hike and went to a beautiful nearby lake. The place was super clean and had a perfect garden with sun throughout the day. 10/10 recommend!

Very nice apartment with everything you could ever need. If you are looking for peace, this is the place to be. Perfect for hiking in the area, you just have to be aware that you need a car for almost everything, as there is nothing in the village itself. The terrace is also very nice! An inquiry was answered very quickly. Can definitely recommend the apartment.

Super nice apartment that really provides everything necessary. It is very spacious and the sauna is of course a highlight! You are within walking distance of the town center and can also walk to the shops. On the other hand, you are right next to the forest and field for great walks. Unfortunately, we could not do too much due to illness, but for longer excursions you need a car on site. We can definitely recommend the place!
