Welcome to our family-friendly accommodation for 3-4 people. It is located close to the edge of the forest and is the ideal starting point for hiking or cycling trips to "Kroppacher Schweiz" and with connection (1 km) to the Westerwaldsteig. Two playgrounds are not far away and there is plenty to discover, e.g. Hachenburg (4 km) with the historic market square, the Marienstatt Abbey with monastery garden & brewery, the Westerwald lake district, Bad Marienberg with climbing and zoo.

Birdsong during the day; silence and darkness at night. From the balcony you can see the countryside and observe our animals or nature. You can still reach Koblenz, the Rhine, Moselle, Lahn, vineyards, castles and fortresses quickly and easily. Experience it yourself! Even children can move freely and safely here.

There's nothing here but lots of nature! For hiking or cycling, you have a perfect starting point from our AirBnb (20 sqm with private bathroom), but it is also great to just snuggle in for a weekend. You need a car here! It is 8 minutes to the nearest bakery where you can have a nice breakfast, as well as to shops Edeka/ Penny 8 minutes, the nearest Lidl /Aldi / Rewe/ DM is 12 minutes away Bonn 45 - 60 min Cologne Bonn Airport 45 min Cologne 1 h - 1.5 h

Towels, bed linen. Small kitchenette with sink, induction stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes. Coffee and tea are available. Wi-Fi and TV; cell phone reception is limited. Quiet location, no through traffic, at the nature reserve "Jungaue."

Vacation room "Bat Cave" in the beautiful Gelbachtal

Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In the middle of the beautiful city of Boppard, you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city before exploring one of the numerous hiking and cycling tours. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly furnished. A sofa bed offers additional sleeping options. Day ticket parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment: 6 euros

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

A place to stay for yourself. There are many destinations, here in the village there are 2 bakeries and restaurants/snack bar. Supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car and on foot. Arrival by bus and train is possible. A few attractions: - City of Neuwied & Castle - Koblenz & its castle, Deutsches Eck and Ehrenbreitstein Fortress - the world's highest cold water geyser in Andernach - Traumpfade and Rheinsteig

The forest apartment in Waldbröl - close to the center and idyllic - hiking, biking, enjoyment - with fairy tale forest in the garden for the little ones and forest botanical garden for the big ones. The apartment is located in the basement of a two-family house with direct access to the garden. A kitchen-living room with terrace, one bedroom and a spacious living room with beautiful views.
