Barneys was the perfect place to start our trip! Great location, very close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The place was very modern, minimalist and had everything we needed. Barney was super responsive and friendly, he was also there late at night to check us in which was really appreciated. Highly recommend!

The spacious balcony offered stunning ocean views, and the pool area provided a unique perspective of the Lotus Tower. The rooftop deck was perfect for relaxing evenings. The apartment's central location made it easy to walk to excellent restaurants, enhancing our culinary experiences. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds added to our comfort. The host was highly responsive, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

The place is owned by Omar based in Melbourne. He was super responsive and upgraded our family to penthouse on 4th Floor. we stayed there for last day of our trip and the idea was local shopping.This place offers plenty of options. special mention for caretaker Hilmil,super humble and courteous person. would recommend to all my friends.

I stayed three nights here after a late night arrival. Krishan met me at the airport and transferred me to my villa. Perfect for what I was looking for. Krishan’s grounds are lush, tropical and immaculate. I had one dinner and one breakfast both of which were plentiful and affordable. An Uber tuc tuc to Negombo beach was less than LKR400 where you will find a beautiful uncrowded beach for sunning and safe swimming. Plenty a small bars, restaurants and tea/coffee options. Krishan is a super host!

Excellent amenities, helpful host, central location, and clean apartment. It was all we needed for a week’s stay in Colombo. We were pleasantly surprised when the host provided tea, water, milk, bread, and sugar on the first day. The common pool is beautiful and not crowded. There is a large grocery store and several restaurants within a short walking distance. An added morning entertainment is the start of the school day at the neighboring school. We enjoyed hearing the morning rituals and songs on weekdays. One day we even saw the school’s marching band in action :)!
